15 Hour Postpartum Support Package
Best bang for your buck! This package gives you 15 hours of postpartum support (with the option of additional support at a separate, hourly cost). Support sessions are done in three hour increments. You can spread out these sessions as you wish (all in one week, over a month, etc).
$375 total.
9 Hour Postpartum Support Package
This package gives you 9 hours of postpartum support (with the option of additional support at a separate, hourly cost). Support sessions are done in three hour increments. You can spread out these sessions as you wish (all in one week, over a month, etc).
$250 total.
Meal Prep for Postpartum & Starting Solids
Want frozen food available for when baby arrives? Fresh meals made after baby arrives? Have a child who is starting solids? I can cook homemade, from scratch meals, fresh or to freeze, that meet your dietary needs/preferences. Prices vary depending on the quantity of meals made. For 3 meals with four portions each, I charge $150 + cost of food. Postpartum doula clients get a reduced cost of $125.
